"To be prepared for war is the most effectual means of preserving the peace." - George Washington
Securing America’s Safety Commission (SASC) is a 501(c)(4) organization focused on protecting freedom and preserving peace through strength, deterrence, and an unwavering American readiness. We work to advance policies, principled leadership, and public awareness that protects freedom at home and stability abroad.
Issues & Advocacy
National Defense & Military Readiness
SASC Educates the public on the importance of rebuilding a capable, modernized military, and the importance of reducing readiness gaps, enacting procurement reform, and adjusting force-structure needs. By emphasizing innovation and investment into our military, we show the public what true preparedness requires to prevent conflict.
Peace Through Strength & Conflict Prevention
We highlight how credible U.S. strength reduces the likelihood of war. By using historical and recent policy analysis of deterrence successes and failures, SASC reiterates and advocates that diplomacy backed by readiness preserves peace and discourages aggression.
Defense Innovation & Emerging Technologies
We explain how emerging technologies like AI, drones, and cyber tools are shaping future defense capabilities. SASC advocates for accelerated R&D to maintain U.S. technological advantages and analyzes how innovation influences deterrence and helps avoid future conflicts.
Strategic Deterrence & Homeland Security
SASC informs the public about nuclear and cyber deterrence, emerging threats, and the importance of how protecting our homeland helps protect America. By emphasizing our adversaries’ capabilities and intentions, we help strengthen America’s security posture.
